How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two things to consider.
Processing: Standard processing time is approx. 3-9 business days. This is the time it takes us to design and create your order. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on which items are ordered. We use different carriers for different items, so your order may come in more than one shipment. In general, we use USPS the majority of the time. Occasionally, we also use UPS, FedEx and international carriers for international orders.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one ?When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are sourced from different suppliers. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

How should I wash my printed garments?
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
